David and Jake went to see the Tour de California yesterday and got
these and this morning David was trying to blow them up. Then he said,
“it’s broken, Mommy.”

Taking a class today and tomorrow and here’s one of the pithy questions
from class. What’s your answer? More on the class later this next week.

David, reading his book out loud to me.

A bit abstract today.

I think this might be why they tell you not to let your kids watch TV.

Happy Birthday Nicholas, Cole, Alcor, and Jack. Happy birthday to you,
my friend with many names. Here are some more shots
from our fun-filled afternoon of painting, sculpting, and playing games.
Videos from David’s birthday. The first one is really long
and has music instead of sound, except for the very end. The second one is a few clips of
voice.
And here are
the photos from the party.
Happy Birthday, my wonderful son.

I decided to stop torturing you and create a special section for the
tulip love I’m capturing daily. If you love tulips as much as I do, click here.

One of the presents David received for his birthday was this little
computer. He absolutely loves it and takes it with him everywhere.

A little toy I couldn’t resist photographing. And then, of course, more
flowers.

Today was David’s birthday party. Even though he whined about not
getting to eat the cake all night, last night, when it was finally time
to cut the cake, he threw a fit and did not want to sit down. Here he
is, blowing the candle with Daddy, even though he’s also crying.

Just when you thought I was done with the flowers. I am not. I really am
not ready to be done just yet.
