David that is SO cool! I love that you did you own take on your Mums art and I love how you did it!
The picture reminds me of people like me and you and your mum and how we can be so far away from each other and don’t know each other but we are still connected by the things that we love- like artwork and creativity.
I think this is one of my favourite pages from your book. (I also like the Lego and Star Wars ones because I love those things too!)
Please excuse my spelling I’m from New Zealand (I live in Australia though) and we spell some words differently from you in the USA.
