    For three years, I lived only two blocks away from this place and have never heard of it before. This is what i always loved about nyc – the cities within the city ( i am now in san francisco)

    that’s so funnie. I found it randomly, too, because a writer I liked was having a reading in there. ever since i found it tho, i’ve adored it and wanted to volunteer right away. since i started working there and met the people who run it and work there, i love it even more.
