100 Dishes – Dish 37 – Panzanella
My kiddo said this was the best dish I cooked so far. And of course it required no cooking at all. I didn’t have cucumbers so I used avocado instead and I also used balsamic vinegar instead of sherry vinegar and stuck with no garlic this time around. It was incredibly delicious. Big hit in my house. 100 Dishes – Dish 34 – Instant Pot Beef Stew
Ok this was really heavy at first. I didn’t love the flavor of Worchestire sauce and some others, so when I first made it, I didn’t want to eat a lot of it which was a bummer because this did take a LONG time to make. But then it was delicious when I reheated later. For some reason I didn’t seem to mind the flavors then.
