100 Days of Radical Wellness – Day 58

Today was a good day.

I did meditation, the bike, arms, core, stretch, and yoga. Took a cold and hot shower.

Then I had broccoli and spinach drink. I journaled, did art, read and had avocado toast with egg.

Then I read some more, did a bit of work and then went climbing. Got groceries.

Now I am sore and reading more and grateful for a day off that was spent well.
