A Book a Week – Legend

Legend was another recommended book. It is similar to some of the other young adult novels I’ve read. It’s fast paced, interesting, characters that I liked, and a story that kept me going.

I’ve been reading a lot of young adult novels this year. Partly cause they are easy to read, partly cause they are interesting, entertaining, and still well written. At least, for me.

If you’re in to this genre, I recommend it.

I don’t know if this book will have a sequel but if it does, I will read it.

I’ve just got the book you reccomended last week (the night circus) at my local library. The librarian said she read it and really enjoyed too. I’m starting it on my way home today (audiobook). Thanks

  • I really like reading young adult novels (and even children’s). I like how the people aren’t dysfunctional for the sake of being dysfunctional like it seems they are in so many novels written for adults. I haven’t been following your blog for too long, so I’m not too sure of your taste in books, but I have really enjoyed anything written by Shannon Hale. She writes more fantasy-type books, and they are beautifully written. Try Princess Academy or The Goose Girl (first in the Books of Bayern quartet)
