The Savor Project – Week 27

And here’s the spread for week twenty-seven:

here’s a closer up of the left side:

The first story here is about the kids blowing bubbles in the backyard and then the other one is about seeing Brave with the kids. We all loved it so much.

And here’s the right side:

The first one here is about the new water and sand table we got for the backyard and how much the kids love it. The second one is about how even though it’s noisy, crazy and messy with all of us here for the summer, I wouldn’t trade a moment of it. ever.

Art along the bottom as usual.

Another great week. Happy Savoring.

The Savor Project was supposed to be a weekly project for 2012. You can read about my setup here.

    Hi Karen!
Quick question for you. Did you purchase the Project Life kit or did you make up your own kit, by purchasing a 3 ring binder & archival safe, protective sleeves? I love this idea and would love to give it a shot. I’m used to the traditional 1 or 2 page layouts and find this fascinating, but I don’t take pics every day. Any suggestions are well appreciated, thanks!

hey Jen, you can read more detail here: http://www.karenika.com/?p=21354 but basically I bought project 365 (which was the first version of project life a long time ago) so I still had mine and used it for this project 🙂 but you can buy your own album and these page protectors easily 🙂

  • Hi Karen, because i have been inspired by your blog. I have created my own art site. haha. It’s not really that cool but i dont care anymore as long as i am creating something. Thanks for the inspiration.
