Too Often I Forget You are Just Five

I made this layout using A Million Memories August kit.

Journaling is about how David is so mature and helpful that sometimes I forget he’s only 5 and this is to remind myself that it’s ok for me to let him act his age a bit more.

  • Stunning. I love the way the colours of your papers, embellishments and alphabet match the colours of the picture. BTW David really has magnificent eyes.

  • This one is totally gorgeous.
I love the monochromatic feel, with that pop of orange, the same as the T-shirt he is wearing!
Not to mention the topic of the LO is s superb one as well.
I will so have to look at adding some orange.
My fav of yours lately have included some orange!

Oh, this is gorgeous. Love the colors, and the crispness of the photo. Just wondering, do you use a regular sewing machine for the stitching (which I think is an awesome job) or is that the miniature machine I see at M’s? Love how the thread matches the paper too.

Love love love the color scheme on this page! I especially love the fact that you did the opposite of the picture: lots of blue with touches of orange vs bright orange shirt & little blue eyes! Very pretty page and an important subject to record and to keep in mind.
