Here are the sketches from this week. Still experimenting and trying a wide variety.
On Wendesday, I started simple with this girl.
Thursday I did another girl.
then colored it.
Friday was the fish which took a lot longer than you might think.
and here it is with color:
on Saturday I made the girl drinking tea:

that night, I made one more quick one:
Sunday, I made yet another girl:
Monday, I felt too scared to try this sketch. so I challenged myself to do it.
and Tuesday I made this weird one:
the last one is the only sketch I like from the week. And maybe the non-colored fish one. I’m learning about what I like and what I don’t and I am still practicing as much as I can.
Yes, I love this last one too! I like all of them, my favorites being the fish,
the girl drinking tea, the “green eyes” are stunning(very expressive) and the building
with the balcony. The last one is soooooooooo cute!

I really like the girl from the back with the long hair and red dress. Perfect in my mind
sometimes it’s the simplest ones that speak to you, isn’t it?
I don’t want to choose because I like them all…but, the tea drinker…she simply talks to me.

These are all so good, though I think I like the girl with her back to us in her red dress. Remind me please if you took a class to learn to sketch? Looks so fun and I am a terrible illustrator!
never took any classes. i have no background or talent 🙂 but i am working on it and practicing like crazy.
I think your sketching ability has grown by leaps and bounds! I adore the first girl, in the orange dress. And the green eyed girl. And the tea drinker… I love them all!
